Phil is an internationally published photographer with awards for both his sports and nature photographs. As a pioneering surfing / water sports photographer, as well as editor and principal photographer for several magazines, Phil has travelled the world in pursuit of the perfect images. As a professional photographer, he has worked with top athletes at events including the 2012 Olympics where he covered the sailing events. His extensive advertising / PR photography work began in London and his discipline includes trade specific techniques of lighting and perspective control. With an eye for detail, fast reactions and broad knowledge of locations and light, Phil’s photography has graced the pages of many leading magazines, newspapers and books.
