I was lucky enough to have grown up on Gower surrounded by its natural beauty, and recently returned after many years travelling far and wide to wonder why I ever left. Doing so has inspired me to pick up my brushes. I have enhanced my natural style through classes with various groups and am now studying oil painting in Gower College. This has given me greater confidence to experiment with colour and a variety of techniques, but I still feel happiest with my work when I am at my most instinctive. I feel great joy which I feel translates into the oil paintings that I love. I hope you do too. Vintage Green Gower evolved from who I am, an old sea swimming gal who loves nature.
